Ideabook crazy

Lately, after my boyfriend downloaded the houzz app on our iPad, I have been going crazy with browsing pictures and saving them in my Ideabook. It's mildly addicting, almost more than mildly at this point though. If you have never checked out the website, I highly recommend it. There are millions of great houses posted, diy projects and tutorials and you can save any picture you like to your own Ideabook and even list what you like about each picture. I have my own "idea book" at home (which is a loose term for the mess that it is) of photos, projects or my own ideas that I want to be able to reference later in life when they might be more opportune. I keep a journal of ideas, (which stays in my purse so I have it all times, because sometimes ideas just pop up at the worst time) and then a folder in my filing cabinet with pulled out magazine pictures and even a couple full magazines that I love everything in. Needless to say I have a folder on my Mac that has probably close to 2,000 screen shots of things I "need" for later use. (cleverly titled ideas :) The folder really needs to be divided up by room or style to keep it organized, but at this point it would take forrrevverr to go through. Getting back to the original Ideabook though, I was browsing the 148 pictures I've already saved in two days and noticed a few drool worthy ideas and rooms I just have to share. So each day I'm going to share photos of a different room of the house; First up is the bathroom! There are a wide range of different types from modest to massive and guest baths to master baths, the common factor though is that they are all just sooo divine. I'm going to need a new house with about 15 bathrooms so I don't have to pick one or two styles a.s.a.p!

long or short?

What do you think about these short and sweet dresses as your wedding dress? I'm 98% sure I want a short wedding dress and these are simple but just darling.

I wear my sunglasses at nighttt

Have you ever seen that Miller Light commercial with this song that plays at the end? It's so silly but probably one of my favorites. Aynwayysss. Now that the weather is warming up and the sun is almost always shining during the day, I find myself in need of new sunglasses. I have about a million pair but they are scattered between my car, my boyfriend's car, my dresser and purses and when I absolutely need them, there is no pair in sight. I'm searching for a few new pairs for upcoming summer and I'm vowing to constantly know where all pairs are. Luckily I think most styles look decent on me, so I'm wanting a variety of styles and colors that will look good with anything.

ahoy matey!

I'm loving the nautical trend lately, and while I've had my trusty Sperry's for a couple years, that's about as far as my sailor side has gone. I don't look good in stripes, so I like the accessories and shoes better myself, but I am loving this complete look.

easter outfit

It's tradition for my family to go out shopping for new easter outfits every year and usually I go for a dress, but lately I've been craving more sweet and flowey skirts for my wardrobe. Not knowing what the weather will be like Easter Sunday and since we'll be inside and outside, (hunting Easter eggs of course!) layering is essential. I've picked out my perfect easter outfit that can also be mix matched to wear the tank with jeans or shorts and the skirt with a more plain tee or tank.

grey days

It's been so rainy the past two or three days and just very grey and blah outside. I'm having a relaxing day today and don't need to go outside, but I think it'd be fun to throw on my rain boots and run around in the backyard, jumping in puddles like a little kid. Problem is my two pairs of rain boots are feeling old and boring and I'm thinking I need a new pair. Or two new pairs.
